Board of Director Bio's

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION – Jon Cruzan

I graduated from Milton High School and have lived in Milton for 54 years.  Sue, born & raised in Milton (as were her parents), and I have been married for 50 years. I earned a BA from Milton College & an MS for UW-Whitewater. I taught Middle School for 7 years before investing 35 + years in Corporate Human Resources in both banking and health care. Now retired, I invest my time in my four grandsons and in this phenomenal Milton community.
My community service vision is summed up best by author, Alan Briggs: “You can’t control whether you’re a native, but you can control whether you’re a local.  Locals are committed. Locals have found home.”  I am honored and proud to be a Milton local and invite you to join me in that feeling.
I think of my self as a Community Catalyst. I am heavily involved in Milton and consider my many activities as part of the civic rent I owe to Milton for all it has given me and my family. Among those activities are:

Milton Area Youth Center – Co-Founder and past Chairman of the Board
Neighborhood Watch – Block Captain
Community Partner Award – Milton Police Department 2010

Biographical Information - Kelly Willoughby

started my career with the Gordon Flesch Company in 2003 and have loved the ride since then! In 2014, I was blessed to have the opportunity to move to Janesville for work and the rest is history! My husband Bill and I love the community and enjoy coming to Milton for food and drinks, shopping, Wally’s Music Fest, etc, and love supporting the river district establishments as well. I really enjoy networking and meeting new people – my favorite part of being a part of the Board of Directors is listening to what our members need and being a part of that solution. Everyone has a different perspective but we’re on the same team focused on supporting all of our members. I have quite a few amazing customer’s in Milton that I get to work with regarding office technology solutions and I just love being able to help where I can! When not required to wear business attire, you’ll see me buzzing by on the bike path from Janesville to Fort Atkinson or running or swimming…I’m a triathlete at heart and love being outside! My husband does a ton of fishing on Lake Michigan (Sport of Kings Guide Service) too so when he’s away, that’s how I love to play! 😊
